Dr. Chen joy in teaching and researching subjects on Television program production, photography and editing, social science research methods, narrative persuasion, advertising theory, consumer behavior, and online behavior. He is also the director and mentor of PhD program in management.

Shih-Hui Lo Dean, College of Management.

Faculty member, Department of Business Administration. Prof. Lo specializes in Systems Thinking, Strategic Management, Organizational Learning and Innovation Management. He teaches subjects that include Strategic Management, Seminar on Leadership theory and Application, and Integration of Problem Analyzing and Solving.

  Dr. Yang specializes in organizational behavior and human resource management. He teaches subjects that include organizational behavior, human resource management, and research method.

  Lin, Chien-HsinFaculty member, Doctoral program.

  Professor Lin's research interests include consumer behavior and experience in cross-culture contexts. His work has appeared in Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, Psychology & Marketing, Tourism Management, Tourism Management Perspectives, the Service Industries Journal, International Journal of Service Industry Management, and other scholarly journals.

TUNG, HUI-LINGChairperson, Department of Business Administration.

Dr. Tung focuses her teaching and research on the field of human resource management, and organizational behavior. She also serve as an industrial consultant.

Dr. Chen specializes in business law and regulations, she teaches subjects that include corporate governance, business laws, and business ethics.

Chiu-Lan ChangFaculty member, Department of International Business.
Prof. Chang specializes in Employment services, employment (recruitment, selection, placement, promotion, succession planning, human resources) and International and Cross-Cultural Human Resource Management, she teaches subjects that include Cross-Cultural Management, Career Exploration and Development, and the Workplace and the Law.

Prof. Lin specializes in Financial Accounting, E-Commerce and Online Communities, Auditing, Accounting Information Systems and Consumer Behavior, she teaches subjects that include Financial Statement Analysis and Financial Management.

Dr. Tsai teachs course such as finacial markets, statistics, accounting, and corporate governance. He is a certified public bookkeeper.
