    Dr. Liang finds joy in teaching and researching subjects on Quantitative research (such as variation analysis, cross-level analysis, structural equation analysis), employment relations (human resources), leadership and interpersonal networks (organizational behavior), business ethics/corporate social responsibility, work stress and work-life balance (organization behavior) ), advertising, promotion and sales, consumer behavior, ESG sustainable management, consumer behavior, organizational psychology, sport psychology (sports). He is also the director and mentor of PhD program in management.
