Faculty member, Department of Business Administration. Prof. Lo specializes in Systems Thinking, Strategic Management, Organizational Learning and Innovation Management. Professor Lin's research interests include consumer behavior and experience in cross-culture contexts. His work has appeared in Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, Psychology & Marketing, Tourism Management, Tourism Management Perspectives, the Service Industries Journal, International Journal of Service Industry Management, and other scholarly journals.
