Program highlights

The doctoral course mainly focuses on strengthening both theories and practical application in major management fields. Our students mainly come from manufacturing, service, financial, tourism, hospitality, healthcare, medical industries, as well as education and public sector. While focusing on management theories and research methods, the program is closely connected with industries to foster students’ practical abilities. Most of our Ph.D. graduates are teachers or researchers in universities or senior executives with management professionals in profit and non-profit organizations.

All faculty members are active contributors in management and business, such as Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Innovation, Organizational Behavior, Information Technology, Accounting, and Tourism. Get to know our faculty here

Curriculum

Scholarship

NT$40,000 subsidy each semester (approx. US$1,200) plus a tuition waiver for up to 3 years (Eligibility is assessed each semester).

Graduation Requirements

1.Complete all the pre-requisite and doctoral courses required by the program.
2.Pass the doctoral qualification exam.
3.Conduct research with your advisor and publish in journal or international conference.
4.English proficiency.
5.Submit a dissertation proposal and pass an oral examination.
6.Submit a dissertation and pass the final oral defense.
